workshop is conducted that assembles
all of the core elements of the program for execution

and execution plan is developed by Mentor and
presented to the company for approval
» Step 4 – Mentor
develops all of the core elements of the program including
customization of sales knowledge and content
» Step 5 – Customized
training (can be virtual or onsite depending
on client wishes and budget) of all program components
